Terms that apply to services provided by Australia Publishing Legends.

Proposals

The scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for each project are set out in a written proposal that you accept before work begins.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you retain copyright in your manuscript. Rights in commissioned design work are set out in your proposal.

Payment terms are stated in your proposal. Work may be paused while payments are outstanding.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
